Notice of AGM and Proposed Amendments to the AM Constitution and Rules

The 2025 AGM of the Academy of Marketing will be held in Room Boole 4 at University College Cork, Cork, Ireland at 12.45pm on Wednesday 9th July 2025.

We also hereby give notice of proposed amendments to the AM Constitution and Rules, which were last updated in 2014.

The amendments consist of some updates to wording to align with current organisational requirements.

Proposed AM Constitution and Rules (2025)

Any amendments to the Constitution and its rules may only be adopted following a majority vote at the AGM.

We look forward to seeing Members in Cork in July.
