Conference Registration is now open!
- Early Bird: £580 (until 15th June 2026)
- Full Fee: £620 (from 15th June 2026)
- Day Rate: £380 (please specify day when registering)
- Please note, any papers not presented in-person by an author/co-author will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
- All representatives must register for the AM2026 Conference and pay the registration fee by the 15 June 2026, or their paper will be withdrawn.
- If a presenter wishes to request a specific day for their presentation, this must be notified to the organisers by email by 30 April.
- Please ensure that you are registered using the same email address that was used to submit your Conference Paper.
- Payment is by Credit/Debit Card.

Accommodation
Marketing Manchester Convention Bureau is the official accommodation provider for Academy of Marketing Conference 2026. All rooms are held on an on-line system, allowing you to book and secure your own accommodation using either pro-forma invoices or credit/debit card. Registration Terms and Conditions
- Bookings can be submitted at any stage prior to the event, subject to availability, but we recommend that you book by 15 June 2026 to take advantage of the discounted early bird rates.
- Payment must be received in full prior to attendance at the event.
- All details are correct at the time of print, but are subject to variation without notice.
Cancellation
- The University of Manchester and the Academy of Marketing will not be liable for circumstances beyond their control, which lead to the cancellation or variation of the programme.
- If a delegate cancels after a booking has been accepted, the delegate will be liable to the cancellation charges as outlined in the standard T&Cs of The University of Manchester online shop.

- Substitutions can only be made at the discretion of the Conference Chair.

Academy of Marketing Membership
As a delegate at the annual Academy of Marketing Conference in July (in 2026 hosted by The University of Manchester), your membership for the following membership year (starting 1 September after the conference) is included as part of your registration. The Academy of Marketing may process your membership data (“membership data”). The membership data may include your title, name, address, email address, interests, educational details, employment details, membership number, and membership purchase and renewal details. The membership data may be processed for the purposes of administrating our Learned Society, operating our website, providing our services, maintaining back-ups of our databases and communicating with you. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of our Learned Society and website.
Academy of Marketing Member Communications
The Academy of Marketing uses email to contact its members with relevant information which forms part of the package of membership benefits. This takes the form of one monthly e-newsletter, Academy of Marketing announcements, and occasionally the Academy will sanction the sending of other important notices deemed to be of value to members. Academy communications, including email communications, may contain information from third parties which the Academy considers relevant and of interest to members, for example, job opportunities, calls for papers, information about marketing related events etc. The Academy uses MailChimp (www.mailchimp.com) to send out the e-newsletter and member emails, and usage and tracking information for these emails may be collected to help us improve our services to members.
A member can opt out of receiving email messages at any time by contacting the office on admin@academyofmarketing.org and full details are also in each email message the Academy sends out. We do not sell or trade personal data collected by the Academy of Marketing to third party organisations.
